Pursuant to section 10(1) of the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, c. 18, Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Community of Hanwell proposes to enact the following By-Law:

Copies of the proposed By-Law may be inspected at the address below between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding civic holidays, or online at the Rural Community website at www.hanwell.nb.ca under Special Announcements.

The Rural Community of Hanwell Council will give consideration to the third reading of the proposed by-laws at the December 18, 2024, regular meeting of Council commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Hanwell Place, 5 Nature Park Drive, Hanwell NB, E3E 0G7.
