AS PER OUR BY-LAW – LEAVES ARE CONSIDERED STREET RUBBISH – NOT TAKEN WITH GARBAGE COLLECTION.

As per our by-law, leaves are considered as rubbish. Leaves will not be taken with garbage collection:

“Street Rubbish” means sweepings, dirt, leaves, catch-pit dirt and similar rubbish;

7. Disposal of Rubbish

(a) Ashes, Grass Clippings, Incombustible Material, and Street Rubbish shall not be placed for collection but shall be disposed of by the owner at his/her own expense.

They can be taken to: Fredericton Municipal Soil Management Facility, located at Beek Ct, Fredericton, NB E3B 4Y8.
