Outdoor exercise structures can be found in many communities across the country. These structures are free to use, available at any time of day, and are versatile for many kinds of exercise. What are the benefits for their target demographic? The Outdoor Exercise research project is a study aimed at investigating the potential benefits of using outdoor exercise equipment for older adults. This project will take place from June to October and includes a free supervised exercise program for all participants.
