Proposed By-Law No. 32-2024
Pursuant to section 10(1) of the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, c. 18, Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Community of Hanwell proposes to enact the following By-Law:

#32-2024, “A By-Law Respecting Dangerous or Unsightly Premises”

This by-law will be replacing By-Law 13-2016 “A By-Law Respecting Dangerous or Unsightly Premises”.

Copies of the proposed By-Law may be inspected at the address below between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding civic holidays, or online at the Rural Community website at www.hanwell.nb.ca under Special Announcements.
The Rural Community of Hanwell Council will give consideration to the third reading of the proposed by-laws at the March 20, 2024, regular meeting of Council commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Hanwell Place, 5 Nature Park Drive, Hanwell NB, E3E 0G7.
