INTRODUCING VOYENT ALERT!
Dear Residents,
As of Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, the Sentinel Alarm provider will no longer be effective. So, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Voyent Alert! notification service for Hanwell Rural Community. These alerts will start Thursday, June 1st, 2023.
Voyent Alert! is a multipurpose notification service that will be used to communicate important information to our residents.
Notifications will be sent for critical events like fire, flood, and extreme weather. Notifications will also be sent for day-to-day communications such as road advisories, utility outages and public safety notices, etc.
We encourage you to register to receive these important alerts. Alerts can be received on the Voyent Alert! app, or by email, text message or phone call. Please help promote Voyent Alert! to family and friends. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
Please be advised that for anyone who was registered for Sentinel Alerts, your registration information has been transferred over to Voyent Alert! However, in order to receive notifications from Voyent Alert!, you will need to register.
